About the Role

Seoul Food & Studio

is a Korean cafe and cultural space on Ormeau Road. We serve carefully prepared Korean dishes in a relaxed, welcoming setting, while offering an environment where guests can also engage with Korean culture in meaningful ways.

We're looking for a

Front of House & Events Coordinator

who enjoys creating thoughtful guest experiences--from excellent service at the counter to helping shape the energy of the space through events and everyday interactions. You'll be part of a small team that values professionalism, respect, and the spirit of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Provide warm, attentive service for both dine-in and takeaway customers Take and process orders accurately, including handling delivery/collection platforms Share knowledge of the menu and help introduce guests to Korean dishes and dining customs Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming service area Assist in hosting and supporting

small cultural events, tastings, and workshops

Gather and help respond to guest feedback to improve service Support daily cafe operations in coordination with kitchen and team members Help create a consistent, thoughtful atmosphere that reflects the essence of

Korean hospitality and food culture

What We're Looking For

Experience in cafe, hospitality, or customer-facing roles Friendly and dependable, with a strong sense of care and attention to detail Organised, adaptable, and committed to a high standard of service Curious and open to learning more about

Korean food and culture

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a close-knit team Professional and calm under pressure, especially during busy service times
