What You Will Be Doing:
- You will be the \xe2\x80\x9cFace of HelloFresh\xe2\x80\x9d
- Maintaining site security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the front desk
- Be the first point of contact for all external visitors and issuing them with access passes
- Ensure all visitors are booked in via our Envoy system
- Making sure all contractors are on the \xe2\x80\x9capproved contractors list\xe2\x80\x9d
- Notify stakeholders of visitor arrivals
- Receiving and sorting daily mail and deliveries
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable
- Working closely with the Facilities and Maintenance team
- High level of customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Be able to organise and manage your own workload effectively
- Adept problem solving skills

Location: Derby, DE21 7HW
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours a week
