Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service, contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they enter the venue, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, accommodating guest preferences whenever possible. Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials, answering any questions regarding food and beverage offerings. Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff in a timely manner. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and waiting areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow. Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently at the end of each guest's visit.

Skills

Strong communication skills with an ability to engage positively with guests. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. A keen attention to detail to ensure high standards of service are maintained. Ability to work well within a team while also being self-motivated when required. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
