Overview

We are seeking a dedicated server to join our team in delivering caring dining experiences to our guests.
As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of our menu offerings.
The ideal candidate will possess strong guest service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a high standard of presentation. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.

Requirements

2 years of experience in a similar restaurant is essential. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Knowledge of Wine and Spirits Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. A team player who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
