Front of House Assistant, Yeo Valley HQ So, what will I be doing? We are looking for bright and smiley individuals to join our small, friendly team. Working at Yeo Valley HQ, the Yeo Valley Organic Gardens Tearoom and our pub, the New Inn. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who works in hospitality, or those who would like to learn the ropes! The day to day will include a bit of everything to be honest as we love variety, however key roles are;

  • Assisting with the set-up of the venue
  • Welcoming guests and serving them refreshments
  • Providing all guests with a high level of service whilst being an ambassador for the Yeo Valley brand
  • Taking payments and using an EPOS till system
  • Ensuring all venues are clean, tidy and looking tip top
  • Maintaining excellent levels of food hygiene
Hours: This is a full-time (40 hours) role primarily with weekday shifts between 8am-5.30pm. Occasional evening and weekend work would be required. Sounds interesting, what do I need? You need to love people! The ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure is a must and a sense of humour certainly helps. In return you will learn new skills, be supported and be part of a friendly award-winning team.
  • Be positive and flexible in your approach to work.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and a high standard of work regarding cleanliness, tidiness and health and safety.
  • Barista training would be a bonus
  • Full UK driving licence preferable.
