Front Of House Assistant
Job Description
The post involves the operation of caf\xc3\xa9s based on the University campus. We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic and motivated people to work as part of our food service team.
You will handcraft delicious beverages and build relationships with our customers. You will have experience of working in the catering industry and have excellent customer service skills although training will be provided. You will help create great experiences for customers and employees alike.
Various shifts are required to be worked but are predominantly early morning to mid-afternoon or mid-afternoon to late evening.
You will have:
- Certification of Level 1 food safety or higher
- Work flexibility to cover peaks of business
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent Customer Service focus
