The Role: - To respond to customers\' enquiries via telephone and email - To provide administrative support to the sales and export teams - To process orders, returns and refunds - To update the product stocklist and prices according to promotions - To identify and follow up on sales leads in order to encourage growth in French market - To expand on business opportunities with existing accounts through upselling The Candidate: - Fluency in French to Business Level - Essential - Experience in customer service or sales - Knowledge of Sage would be beneficial - Proactive, confident and dynamic personality - Excellent communication skills and a team player - IT literate Salary: Circa \xc2\xa325,000 p. a.
