Brook Street Recruitment is currently recruiting French Speaking Customer Service Advisorfor our client
This is a working from home role.
Job Purpose
In this role you will act as first point of contact for clients to resolve their queries and perform other day to day tasks required to support the French Canadian business operations. Collaborating with teams (engineering, IT, accounting, finance, sales, account management etc.) across the business you will analyse, and problem solve a variety of queries whilst developing your understanding of the companies products, systems, and processes.
This is a beginner role and during quiet times you will be able to do further learning and receive coaching when needed. You will be able to reach out and ask questions to team members as and when needed. You will work along with other team members and help support each other.
