Brook Street Recruitment is currently recruiting French Speaking Customer Service Advisorfor our client

This is a working from home role.

Job Purpose

In this role you will act as first point of contact for clients to resolve their queries and perform other day to day tasks required to support the French Canadian business operations. Collaborating with teams (engineering, IT, accounting, finance, sales, account management etc.) across the business you will analyse, and problem solve a variety of queries whilst developing your understanding of the companies products, systems, and processes.

This is a beginner role and during quiet times you will be able to do further learning and receive coaching when needed. You will be able to reach out and ask questions to team members as and when needed. You will work along with other team members and help support each other.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for clients via email and phone and provide excellent client service
  • On board new clients in a timely manner with best-in-class accuracy
  • Resolve client queries with high degree of accuracy by conducting thorough research and analysing available data
  • Collaborate with other internal teams such as technical support, risk, business development, for cascading and or escalations of client\'s concerns
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of functionality\'s for all systems used by the team
  • Perform tasks associated with managing day to day business operations
  • Contribute to process documentation and enhancement by identifying sources of client issues, recognising trends and implementing solutions
Qualifications
  • Must be fluent in both English and French (required)
  • Up to 2 years of experience in customer service and/or business operations
  • Post-secondary education in Accounting or Business or Math, or related fields; Bachelor\'s degree preferred
  • Tenacious, curious, high energy, self-motivated, team player with a passion for solving customer problems
  • Well organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful and have good analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment; ready, willing and able to learn and improve every single day
  • Handle high ticket volume in an organised and efficient manner
  • Are a quick study, being able to learn systems and processes rapidly as well as the world of payments
  • Able to learn how to work independently with minimal supervision after initial learning period
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in Payments Industry not required but highly desirable
Hours of work are between 13.30pm and 10.30pm

The training for this role will online and will be for 4-6 weeks.
