Knowledge Services enables our professionals to leverage the full breadth of Deloitte\'s global capabilities in service to our clients. So not only will you be providing world-class support to our people, you\'ll be making an impact for all the hugely influential organizations Deloitte works with too. The Content Publishing team works closely with global Deloitte practitioners to acquire and publish content to the global knowledge management system. These activities contribute to an improved and robust global knowledge repository and create the efficient connection of our people to the content they need and the expertise they are seeking.

In this role you will

• Execute the publishing process for knowledge assets, ensuring compliance with confidentiality, privacy and intellectual property policies.
• Redact documents to disguise client names and meet client confidentiality agreements
• Organize and tag content to facilitate search within the global knowledge management system
• Communicate with content contributors to obtain needed information
• Encourage and engage professionals to share the newest content to be represented within the global knowledge management system
• Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution

Connect to your skills and professional experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with content writing, document editing and redacting, or data masking
• Native or near-native level of English written and spoken (C2 level minimum)
• Fluent in French written and spoken (C1 level minimum)
• Highly responsive with demonstrated ability to take initiative
• Attentive to detail and diligent
• Ability to work across cultures in a virtual environment
• Ability to act with a sense of urgency and deliver under tight deadlines

Other Qualifications

• Experience with electronic knowledge repositories, publishing and/or content management practices, intranets/portals, collaborative tools are all assets to this position
• Experience working in a global professional services organization

Personal independence

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints. This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm.
