- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and manage social media content calendar, including writing and scheduling posts
- Monitor social media platforms for trends, news, and feedback
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media management Skills:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas
- Familiarity with social media management tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
