Role Introduction

It\xe2\x80\x99s a fast paced inbound contact centre specialising in preventing and identifying fraudulent activity

\xc2\xb7 Taking inbound calls from customers experiencing fraudulent activity on their account

\xc2\xb7 Going above and beyond to protect our customers\xe2\x80\x99 accounts

\xc2\xb7 A front-line contact centre agent where you\xe2\x80\x99ll be helping our customers with identifying and resolving fraudulent activity

\xc2\xb7 Delivering outstanding customer experience \xe2\x80\x93 Be the person you would want to talk to

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Identifying if transactions are fraudulent or genuine, as-well as Disputes

\xc2\xb7 Dealing with complex financial information

\xc2\xb7 Staying on top of constant change of processes and keeping up to date with rules and regulations

\xc2\xb7 Leasing with internal teams and third parties in order to achieve the best outcome for the customer

\xc2\xb7 Completing higher security for internal teams in order to update/changes to details

\xc2\xb7 You will use problem solving skills to identify how transactions have been made

\xc2\xb7 Working cases in regards to fraudulent activity on card holders accounts

What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for

\xc2\xb7 Tech savvy individuals to be based in our office in Basildon

\xc2\xb7 Thrive on alternative working hours

\xc2\xb7 Strong customer experience skills with the ability to handle complex queries competently.

\xc2\xb7 Confident telephone manner demonstrating empathy for customers in challenging situations.

\xc2\xb7 Organizational skills ensuring you can work across multiple systems whilst communicating with customers.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to problem solve in difficult situations to resolve complaints and find an appropriate solution with customers

Strong drive to exceed performance metrics, including quality and handling times, and net promoter scores.

\xc2\xb7 High level of attention to detail, adhering to the client\xe2\x80\x99s processes and terms and conditions.

\xc2\xb7 Good resilience to increased demand and changes in process.

\xc2\xb7 Previous experience desirable
