You will make an impact in the following way:




Act as the Finance business partner for defined Sales areas in EA, understanding their needs and delivering tailored financial support. Ensure timely and accurate reporting and analysis of sales/bookings and financial trends across the European sales region. Provide ad-hoc analysis to support data-driven and commercially sound business decisions. Lead monthly forecasting processes and quota target setting during budgeting, while tracking commission performance. Support continuous process improvement and system enhancements aligned with business strategy and KPIs.



What you will bring:




Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent, with professional qualifications (CIMA, ACCA) or relevant experience. Strong analytical mindset and numeracy skills, capable of turning financial data into actionable insights. Effective communicator with the ability to work with both financial and non-financial stakeholders. Experience in or appreciation of a sales environment within an international organization. Proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced business environment.
