Career Renew is looking for one of its clients a Founding Engineer - fully remote role, but candidates must be live between -7 UTC and +2 UTC .

We are seeking an experienced engineer who has a solid background in blockchain-based technologies and a strong track record as a technical lead. As a curious expert, you naturally enjoy tackling challenging non-deterministic problems with innovative solutions. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the CTO to manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
• Optimize service infrastructure for speed, scale, security, and robustness
• Write high-quality code that is unit tested, code reviewed, and integrated continuously
• Take ownership of projects and be accountable for delivering high-quality results
• Work on a 24/7 real-time system that protects Web3 users from the next notorious hack

• Candidates must be live between -7 UTC and +2 UTC .
• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in the following languages: GoLang and/or Javascript, Typescript
• Experience with lower-level blockchain technology, including consensus, networking, MEV, and security
• Understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, and parallel processing
• Knowledge of security-focused design

• Experience in Solidity development and building decentralized applications
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services
• Experience in security engineering
• Ability to act as a technical lead by mentoring others, reviewing code and design documents, giving technical talks, and consulting on critical projects
• Basic knowledge of developer operations and the software development life cycl
