Hybrid , 2 days on site ( Bracknell and/or London) and 3 days from home.

Are you a proactive, strategic thinker looking for a unique opportunity to work alongside the CEO and leadership team of an innovative Agritech company? We are looking for a Founder's Associate to play a key role in driving business growth, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives at IAG.

As we scale, we're looking for a sharp, resourceful Founder's Associate to work directly with the founder/CEO and help drive key initiatives across multiple functions across the business. This is a dynamic role where you will gain hands-on experience in scaling a business, working cross-functionally, and making a direct impact on the company's success.

As a Founder's Associate, you'll operate as the right hand to the founder, taking on a wide variety of high-impact tasks. Think of this as a launchpad role for future founders, operators, or senior leaders--you'll be given responsibility, context, and trust from day one.

Key Responsibilities:



Be the right-hand to the CEO for any support required on a day-to-day basis

Work directly with the founder to execute strategic initiatives across operations, growth, fundraising, product, and more.

Own and drive special projects--everything from launching a new feature to preparing investor materials or refining internal processes.

Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to inform key decisions.

Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and operations.

Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for stakeholders, partners, or investors.

Support financial analysis, reporting, and investor relations including handling inbound enquiries.

Help manage the founder's priorities, calendar, and communication when needed

Record minutes post founder meetings and follow up on all actions with relative parties

Act as a project manager, ensuring milestones are achieved and chasing team members and stakeholders as appropriate to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Be a force multiplier--unblock, accelerate, and improve how the team operates.

Implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency across the business

Assist in strategic planning, market research, and identifying new business opportunities.

Work on cross-functional projects, collaborating with different teams to push through

Take ownership of special projects as assigned by the CEO

Requirements:



2+ years of experience in business operations, project management, Executive Assistant or a related field.

Exceptional organisational skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute projects efficiently

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

A self-starter with a high bias for action and curiosity

High level of ownership, integrity, and attention to detail

Excellent English - both written and verbal communication skills for formal and legal emails, reports, and documents.

High proficiency with Microsoft packages and google suie including word, excel and powerpoint

Excellent Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Experience in Fast-paced, SME or startups is a plus.

Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
