My client is currently looking for a new Regional Manager (Team Manager) to be responsible for managing the provision of their Therapeutic Fostering Service in the West Midlands region.
At this time, the agency currently has approximately 40 families. And your new team will consist of 4 Supervising Social Workers, 2 Branch Admins, 1 Regional Therapist, a Lead Education Advisor and Education Advisors.
The area you will be responsible for will include the North Midlands region up to Stoke on Trent to Nottingham. Hybrid working is also allowed, and you would only be expected to come to their office, based in Rugby, 2 days a week.
