Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are produced efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a blend of technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a formulation production operative, you will work closely with the head of your department and become a specialist in preparing and manufacturing a specific product according to a defined formulation.

Duties

Assist in the weighing, measuring, and blending of raw materials according to production specifications Ensure accurate recording of ingredients on batch manufacturing records Operating of formulation equipment safely and efficiently Conduct stock control checks and handle raw material as per company SOP's Perform required cleaning of vessels as per validated methods. Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times

Experience

Previous experience in a manufacturing of formulations (pharma, cosmetics, food, or chemicals preferred) but not essential Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks Team player with a good work ethic Good communication and basic numerical skills

Desirable:

Experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or medical manufacturing Fork Lift License and/or experience operating equipment
