Franchise: Jet Petrol Station Forecourts

Are you an experienced supervisor/team leader with a passion for delivering great customer service?

Or do you have experience of leading teams in a retail environment?

If yes, then Park\xe2\x80\x99s Motor Group want to hear from you! We have a fantastic opportunity with an immediate start available for you to join the Group as a Forecourt Supervisor. This role is full time and offers the flexibility of working a variety of shift patterns.

As a Forecourt Supervisor your duties will include:
\xe2\x9c\x94 You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of our forecourts

\xe2\x9c\x94 You will ensure we deliver exceptional customer service and keep the stores presentable at all times

\xe2\x9c\x94 You will assist Forecourt Operators to resolve any problems and discrepancies. If required, you will handle any customer complaints in a professional manner

About you:
\xe2\x9c\x94 You will be approachable and able to lead by example

\xe2\x9c\x94 Have strong organisation skills

\xe2\x9c\x94 Be flexible and willing to help cover shifts for any absences at all sites across Lanarkshire

\xe2\x9c\x94 Have good numeracy and problem-solving skills

\xe2\x9c\x94 Previous experience within a petrol station is desired but not essential
