Job Description

Full training given to enable staff member to safely operate Petrol filling station including age related sales.

Ongoing 4 week shift pattern (some weekends, early & late shifts). Duties to include serving customers to a high standard

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

TO SELL THE GARAGE MERCHANDISE AND SERVICES;PROVIDING AN EFFICIENT AND COURTEOUS SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS IN LINE WITH GARAGE POLICY. TO CARRY OUT ROUTINE DUTIES AS REQUIRED BY THE GARAGE MANAGER.
RESPONSIBILITIES

TO PROMOTE AND MAINTAIN THE GARAGE'S IMAGE AND GOOD REPUTATION BY A VERY HIGH STANDARD OF SERVICE PERSONAL CONDUCT AND

TO COMPLY WITH GARAGE RULES AND PROCEDURES CONCERNING THE SECURITY OF STOCK, CASH & EQUIPMENT. TO ASSIST WITH THE CLEANING & GENERAL GOOD HOUSEKEEPING OF THE SHOP AND DISPLAYS TO OBSERVE GARAGE SAFETY REGS AND TO REPORT ANY HAZARD OR INCIDENT TO THE GARAGE MANAGER. TO ENSURE THAT STATEMENTS MADE TO CUSTOMERS ARE ACCURATE AND COMPLY WITH THE LAW. TO COMPLY WITH ALL MANAGEMENT POLICIES, RULES, DIRECTIVES, INSTRUCTIONS & ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION MADE IN THE INTERESTS OF THE GARAGE BUSINESS.

Holidays accrued on a monthly basis & entitlement is 5.6 weeks based on contracted working week
