You will coach age groups between the ages of either 6 to 15, implementing a Player Development Programme which maximises the opportunities for young players to reach their full potential across all age groups in line with the clubs player development plan and philosophy.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver coaching sessions in accordance with the centres syllabus.
Monitor and assess the players in the centre/team in training and in match performances.
Providing regular written and verbal feedback to the Centre Manager on player progress.
To manage sides on match days.
Contribute to the Scouting and Recruitment process where appropriate.
Liaise with parents as required, to communicate any new information regarding the centre/team.

Essential Requirements:
Must have footballing knowledge as training is provided
Current FA child protection/safeguarding children certificate
Minimum of current FA emergency first aid certificate
DBS (previously a CRB)
Able to demonstrate a desire to develop their coaching knowledge
Must be based in the UK
Desirable criteria
UEFA A / B License
UEFA C / FA Level 2 Coaching Certificate (Level 1 to be considered depending on experience)
FA Youth Module 1, 2, 3
Experience working within an elite coaching environment
Valid driving license
