PURPOSE: \xc2\xb7 To support the cook in providing a high standard of catering that suits the general and individual needs of the patients in Day Hospice and on the In Patient Unit. Serving patient meals and ensuring the patient dining rooms are set up. With a requirement through supporting the various departments of the Hospice and function commitments that provides an income stream for the Hospice.
