Responsibilities:

- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Upsell additional items and beverages to increase revenue
- Ensure proper food safety and handling procedures are followed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Prepare food items such as salads, appetizers, and desserts as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive dining experience for guests
