Dishoom caf\xc3\xa9s are bustling spaces where people come together to break down barriers and share in a love of Bombay food and culture. Each of our restaurants pay homage to old Irani caf\xc3\xa9s and are deeply rooted in some aspect of Bombay history.

Our Edinburgh caf\xc3\xa9 sits within a stunning 1920s-era listed building and honours the academic pursuits of Sir Patrick Geddes - a Scottish botanist, sociologist, town planner who founded the department of Sociology & Civics at Bombay University.

We\'re looking for strong, energetic and helpful people to join us as a Food Runner/ Food Server/ Team Member/ Service Assistant. You\'re a real team player, consistently delivering huge trays of food and drinks to our guests, ensuring all special requests (e.g. allergies) are taken care of.

What to expect

• Contracted minimum 40 hours per week, across 5 days.
• Part-time and flexible hours available.
• Average pay up to \xc2\xa312.50 - \xc2\xa313 per hour inclusive of Tronc.
• Weekly changing rota, requiring flexibility Monday - Sunday.
