We have recently opened a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Speke, Liverpool. This modern facility is designed for efficiency and convenience, offering excellent transport links via car, bus, and bike lanes. It is also situated in a vibrant area with nearby coffee shops, restaurants, and other amenities, making it an ideal location to work.

Our Production facility is offering a Supervisor the opportunity to work 5 set shifts a week Monday - Friday on our day time shift 6am-230pm.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targets. Lead, train, and motivate a team of production operatives to achieve high performance. Monitor production schedules and ensure efficient workflow. Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards. Maintain health and safety compliance and ensure safe working practices. Identify and resolve production issues to minimise downtime. Report on key performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary. Work closely with other departments, including maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong leadership and people management skills. Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting. Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Proficiency in using production management systems and reporting tools (desirable).
