What you\'ll be doing

We are looking for experienced Food Production Operatives to work in our manufacturing site in Warrington on a 4 on 4 off shift 5:30am-5:30pm at \xc2\xa311.79 per hour.

Working within an exciting and fast paced environment, you will be a key member of our team and will ensure the service we provide to our customer is of exceptional quality. The role can be physically demanding with a good amount of pushing, pulling and lifting involved.

There are various roles within the departments that you will be required to learn, depend in which role you will be placed in, ranging from the sauce dropping and cooling, sauce/garnish issuing, oven cooking or weighing out and batching of spice kits, accurate weighing ingredients or handling liquids.

The role will involve:

• Pre-start up and safety checks
• Handling of hot/cold liquids with required PPE.
• Differentiate between different product components.
• Attention to detail
• Quality control process including collecting, logging, and keeping accurate record
• Filling out paperwork to a good legible standard
• Manual Handling
• Wear PPE
• Other duties as required

What we\'re looking for

• Experienced in food manufacturing environment
• Good level of English and Math\'s
• Basics Mechanical attitude
• Comfortable with standing for long periods of time, lifting and carrying, as well as other task such as cleaning
• Attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised
• Good communication skills
• Can-do attitude and willingness to help team in times on demand
• Basic understanding of health & Safety and Food Hygiene (although training will be given)
