Overview

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Operators to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our food production processes. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to food safety standards, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality production outputs.

Duties

Assemble and pack meat products to clearly defined standards. Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Follow established procedures for food safety and hygiene, including HACCP protocols. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Experience

Previous experience in food production or a similar role is highly desirable. Basic maths skills are desirable. Familiarity with food safety practices and HACCP principles is an advantage. Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues effectively. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team are crucial for success in this role.
