We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Operators to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food production environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of production lines, adhering to food safety standards, and maintaining high-quality output. This position requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of food production processes, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety. Follow established procedures for food production, including preparation, cooking, and packaging. Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area in accordance with health regulations. Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues with equipment and perform basic maintenance as required. Record production data accurately, including quantities produced and any discrepancies encountered. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets while ensuring product quality.

Skills

Proven experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred. Basic maths skills for accurate measurement and recording of production data. Familiarity with HACCP principles and food safety regulations. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow strict guidelines consistently. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
