About the role

Our club plus members are at the heart of what we do, so exceptional customer service and driving member loyalty is our main priority. To play an essential role in delivering this we are looking for a Customer Advisor to join our Food Department.

As a customer advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service both on the Shopfloor and the deli counter, processing various transactions including different payments types, dealing with customer queries, maintaining the housekeeping of the department and any other duties associated with a retail Foodhall role.

• You are passionate about all things food and delivering the best possible experience for our customers.
• A team player and confident communicator who is eager to learn new skills and gain new experiences.
• Naturally friendly person: our team members really enjoy what they do and who they work with
• Flourish in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Holding a relevant food safety qualification would be an advantage however not essential as training will be provided.
• Previous retail experience would be an advantage however not essential as full training will be given.
