Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality with a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our food & beverage department, ensuring that all guests receive a memorable dining experience while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the food & beverage team, providing excellent communication between the Front of House and Back of House teams. Train, mentor, and develop team members to foster a positive work environment and improve service quality. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure smooth operations. Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with guests and staff alike. Familiarity with stock ordering and rota planning Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs. A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
