We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and safety, alongside a passion for hospitality. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including cooks and food preparation personnel. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas. Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items, ensuring they meet quality standards. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and place orders as necessary to maintain stock. Train new staff members on proper food handling techniques, kitchen procedures, and customer service expectations. Collaborate with management to develop menus that reflect current trends and guest preferences. Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Maintain records of food production, safety inspections, and staff performance.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a hotel or culinary setting. Strong knowledge of food production processes, food safety standards, and hospitality best practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
