Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food and beverage management, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. This role involves supervising daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our guests have an outstanding dining experience.

Duties

Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Supervise and train staff in food preparation, bartending, and customer service techniques. Assist in menu planning and food production to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas. Monitor inventory levels of food and beverage supplies, placing orders as necessary. Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience. Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless service delivery.

Skills

Proven experience in team management within a hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Proficient in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Experience in bartending with an understanding of beverage pairing. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on guest relations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
