Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and serve beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding the beverage selection
- Upsell additional items or specials to enhance the guest experience
- Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all beverage ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Provide exceptional guest service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly Skills:
- Basic math skills for processing payments and making change
- Strong upselling skills to promote additional beverage options
- Excellent guest service skills, with the ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and ingredients to assist with pairing beverages with menu items
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure timely service to guests
- Culinary knowledge to assist with food preparation or help in the kitchen if needed
