Food and Beverage Manager
to join our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences through our dining operations.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, banqueting, and room service. Ensure outstanding guest service and satisfaction by maintaining high standards of quality, service, and presentation. Manage, train, and motivate F&B staff to uphold service excellence. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role within a hotel environment is essential.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proven track record of managing teams and delivering results in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Knowledge of POS systems and hospitality software. Passion for hospitality, service excellence, and team development.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 30,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
Hopwood B48: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
F&B Supervisor or Manager: 4 years (required)
