Food and Beverage Assistant Duties: - Assist in food preparation and handling, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Set up and break down banquet events, ensuring proper arrangement of tables, chairs, and decorations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces.
- Assist with catering events, including setting up buffet stations, replenishing food items, and assisting guests with their needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during meal service. Experience: - Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
