About the role





As a Food and Beverage assistant, you will work within our restaurant team to provide all guests with a friendly, professional dining experience that exceeds all expectations.


In this role, you will:




ensure each guest receives a warm welcome to the restaurant maintain great knowledge of the menus and feel comfortable answering any menu-related or food recommendation questions serve guests in a friendly, efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe working environment take all food and beverage orders accurately including any special requests and dietary requirements demonstrate the ability to upsell items from the menu to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue set up and clearing down before and after service to ensure all standards are met be comfortable dealing with complaints professionally and passing all feedback to your manager.

To be suitable for this role you will:




have great people and guest service skills and an naturally bubbly personality enjoy working as part of a close team in a fast paced restaurant have previous experience of working in a high service restaurant/bar or hospitality business demonstrate good attention to detail and awareness to anticipate the guests needs take pride in your personal appearance and be well prensted for work. want to learn more hospitality skills and continue to develop your knowledge of the industry.

You standard working week will be 5 days over 7. Shift patters will be varied to include breakfast, lunch and dinner service on a rotational basis. Some split shifts will be required.
