We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive outstanding service while enjoying their meals in a welcoming environment. This position requires a blend of hospitality skills, time management, and a passion for food and service.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel welcomed. Take accurate orders and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials. Assist with food preparation when necessary, ensuring all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a courteous manner. Adhere to food safety regulations and standards at all times.

Skills

Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Excellent hospitality skills with a genuine desire to help guests enjoy their experience. Familiarity with kitchen operations and restaurant environments is advantageous. Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure the health and wellbeing of our guests. Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a friendly rapport with customers. Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
