We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Responsibilities

Manage the front-of-house team, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality are upheld at all times. Oversee daily operations, including greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area. Assist in training and developing staff in areas such as bartending, culinary skills, and customer service techniques. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, aiming to resolve issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication regarding menu items, special requests, and food preparation standards. Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and assist in ordering as necessary. Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and overall dining experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of staff members. Experience in bartending or culinary roles is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
