Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring their dining experience is exceptional. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to both front-of-house operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Support bartending duties as required, preparing drinks in accordance with established recipes. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with food safety regulations is advantageous. Skills in food preparation or catering are a plus. Experience in bartending will be considered an asset. A strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 25 per week
