We are a complete non fault accident management company who specialise in clients who have been involved in a non-fault accident. We provide post-accident services that may assist the client recover damages and compensation to recover losses caused in a motor accident.
We specialise in the personal injury field and providing accident replacement cars, specifically focusing on assisting claimants involved in road traffic accidents. We offer comprehensive services to other businesses operating in the accident management sector, including claims management companies, body shops, motor fleet operators, and claims managers. Our expertise lies in providing end-to-end solutions with a smooth process to insure customer satisfaction.
Main responsibility of the role:
Due to significant growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced FNOL Claims handler who has a can do attitude to help support and transition our clients through the services we provide. Providing extensive knowledge and information to ensure a smooth and effortless process, utilising liability assessments and assessing individual client suitability. As well as managing the clients expectations by reporting the motor vehicle incidents to their respective insurers.
What you will do
Provide a claims handling service by liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and effortless process
Manage the FNOL process with the client to determine the most appropriate course of action
Accurately logging the first notification of motor claims, including setting clear expectations of the service journey with the customer's
Proactively managing a portfolio of claims that you have registered and carrying out initial investigations on both first-party and third-party claims through gathering evidence and liaising with various stakeholders to support the claim.
Reporting and recording details of new motor incidents and submitting the FNOL to the clients relevant motor insurer and broker
Liasing with Insurers, Engineers and any other third parties involved
Recovering losses from insurers
Communicate with policyholders, providers, and other parties to obtain additional information or clarify details
Accept Telephone and FNOL claims from clients.
Instruct repairers and service providers when required
Manage the repair Process with the approved repair network where appropriate
Manage the initial liability assessment
Liaise with the fleet team to ensure vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs are organised proficiently
What we are looking for
2 years previous experience in Credit Hire
A clear and confident telephone manner
An empathetic, positive and enthusiastic approach
Identifying challenges and effectively resolving these by using excellent problem solving skills
Attention to detail and accurately logging required details
A good understanding of the industries regulatory and legislative requirements
Strong decision-making and influencing skills
