An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of the largest facilities management companies based in the UK.
Location: Stevenage
Salary: \xc2\xa327,000
Hours of Work - Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours a week - Fixed Term Contract
Role Responsibilities:
- Produce monthly performance reports and supplementary documentation for each site and overall governance meetings.
- Liaise with a wide range of colleagues regularly to obtain updates on actions across the account.
- In time, become a key contact for the status of activities relating to our performance metrics.
- Monitoring data contained in various reports to ensure that KPIs are being met and highlighting when they are not.
- Responsible for the company purchase card for any ad-hoc spending required directed by the Account Director.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and tasks as required,
- Responsible to produce the monthly newsletter promptly.
- Send out the day-to-day communication for the account via emails and staff intranet.
- Knowledge and Experience of Facilities Management
- Experience reporting on KPIs
- Able to conduct Client reporting confidently
- Excellent organisational, planning, and coordination skills
- IT skills especially in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
