We’re looking for an experienced sales manager to help accelerate our growth across the UK and USA.


The Role
Reporting to the COO, you’ll be responsible for showcasing the best that our technology can offer to our partners and increasing campaign throughput. You will be able to adapt to a burgeoning, ever-evolving ecosystem and be comfortable talking to media-owners, agencies and brands directly with confidence.
Covid-19 has created a surge in demand for real-time, intelligent out-of-home marketing and we are now entering a period of rapid growth. As sales manager, you will be connected to all aspects of the company and will be constantly learning from colleagues and customers alike.

Your key responsibilities include:
Maintaining and nurturing excellent relationships with current channel partners
Effectively communicating creative ideas for brands to use outdoor advertising more effectively through the use of data
Creating new business opportunities through conferences and networking events
Maintaining a strong pipeline of campaign opportunities
Identifying further opportunities for growth within existing customer relationships
Engaging and learning from all members of the Flux team to gain a full understanding of the capabilities
Aiding other areas of the business as required - as a small team, your input is highly valued and we encourage a spirit of collaboration, not competition.
