Job Description
We are looking to recruit an experienced FLT Driver with warehouse experience to join a leading and well established flexible packaging company in Normanton .
Hours of work
: Three week rotating shift system. Day shift 6.00am - 6.15pm, Night Shift 6.00pm - 6.15am Monday - Friday on average 40.833 hours per weekMain purpose:
To ensure manufacturing is supplied with all items of Raw material or W.I.P, in time and to the correct location or machine and to move materials around the site as requiredMain Duties:
. Supply each manufacturing machine with the necessary materials as listed on the production plan or as instructed.
Remove all packaging before supplying to relevant machine Move material around the site as required Wrap all finished pallets as per packing specification Remove all waste from within the factory and place in allocated area Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles if required Assist other departments in times of high workloads
The ideal candidate will have:
In date counterbalance licence Be well organised and able to plan Good attention to detail Team player with an enthusiastic approach Willing and flexible Good understanding of health & Safety, environment and quality
