We are currently recruiting for an FLT Driver that holds a valid UK driving license to join a well-established engineering / production company to help support the increased demand in production. You will be joining a prestigious steel manufacturing company who offer a stable business with future growth plans.

As an FLT Driver reporting to the Head of Logistics, you will be working in a heavy engineering environment that is a busy, physically demanding and a fast-paced environment and you will be using your initiative to get the job done. Your day-to-day duties as an FLT Driver will include:

• Driving a Counterbalance truck
• Transferring stock between sites via public roads
• Liaising with Team Leaders to ensure efficient delivery of raw materials and consumables
• Completing basic dispatch paperwork
• Quality checking products
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping within the warehouse
• Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times

This role would be ideal for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver or Forklift Operator that holds a valid UK driving license. that has background within an engineering, production, distribution or manufacturing environment. • 33 days hol including bank holidays increasing to 37 alongside length of service
• Working hours Monday- Thursday 6am- 2pm, 2pm- 10pm, Friday 6am-1pm, 1pm- 8pm

• \xc2\xa311.54 p/h rising to \xc2\xa312.31 p/h after 4 week training period
