Floor Supervisor

to join our team and help oversee the day-to-day running of the park floor operations.

As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience. You will be responsible for supervising team members, managing customer interactions, and maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and service across the park.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily floor operations to ensure all activities are running smoothly and safely Supervise and support floor staff, including training and motivating the team Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and proactive manner Ensure health and safety regulations are always adhered to Perform regular inspections of the park equipment and attractions Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service Assist in organizing and coordinating birthday parties and group bookings Manage shift schedules and staff allocation across different zones Report maintenance issues or incidents promptly to management

Skills and Experience:

Previous supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in leisure, hospitality, or customer service sectors Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage incidents effectively Knowledge of health and safety practices (training can be provided) Energetic, proactive, and positive attitude First Aid qualification is a plus (or willingness to train)

Pay: 12.53-12.73 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
