We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of the dining experience, ensuring that every patron enjoys their time with us.
Duties
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests promptly and courteously.
Support bartending duties, including mixing drinks and serving beverages as required.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant or catering events.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions to enhance their experience.
Work as part of a team to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential.
Strong understanding of food safety practices is desirable.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A willingness to help others and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
