Floor Staff
Job Description
Be courteous to customers at all times
Serve beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Be attentive to guests' needs and anticipate, where possible, when they require service.
Be completely familiar with all beverages and be able to recommend wines.
Always operate in a clean and hygienic manner, maintaining a good standard of personal hygiene and appearance, being punctual for work and having a pleasant disposition.
Be fully conversant with health, safety and fire regulations and procedures of The Horatio Group.
Be fully conversant with all facilities and services in The Horatio Group and be aware of guests' needs.
Collect glasses and change ashtrays as necessary.
Occasional Tasks:
Take part in any required training courses. Perform any other duties that may be required by management.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential:
Available to work evenings and weekends
Desirable:
6 months or more experience in a bar or restaurant
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
