As Floor Manager:

• You will have experience managing a large team in a high performance operation.
• You will be a passionate and highly motivated Leader with ability to inspire your team
• You will lead by example, enthusing your team by sharing your passion for brilliant food & drink and outstanding customer service.
• You have experience building productive relationships with colleagues within the bar and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience and business performance.

As a Floor Manager, you will receive:

• Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year (pro rata) - these increase with service!
• Salary: \xc2\xa332\'000 a year plus service charge
