Float Executive Assistant - 12 Months - Tier 1 Investment Bank
I am working with my client a Tier 1 Investment Bank on a new requirement within their London HQ. There is a requirement for a Float Assistant to support the business department. Working daily with CEOs, Chairpeople and high level management within the business and with visiting clients, the successful Float Assistant will lend their expertise and delivery quality within the business.
What you will be doing:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Provide accurate information about our products/services and assist with problem-solving.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure resolutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Update customer accounts and records accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Start: ASAP (2-4 Weeks onboarding)
- Length: 12 Months
- Rate: \xc2\xa3200pd Inside IR35
- Working Style: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
