At Goodwood, our Aviation business focus is very much about delivering world class aviation experiences within a beautiful site that is rich with history and heritage.



At the very heart of the Aviation operation you will assist with the busy operational needs of the flying school, acting as a Goodwood ambassador and achieving a high level of customer service at all times.


To provide high quality customer service and information, both face to face and on the telephone/email, on all flying school products, aerodrome services/facilities and event landing information.



You will maintain the flying school database and operational management system (Red atlas) updated with information and bookings, whilst liaising with the Goodwood engineering team, regarding fleet checks.



You will manage the daily flying programme, organise the operations desk, deal with instructor queries and manage tech logs.



To manage and organise the operations desk. Duties to include cash handling, stock control, customer liaison and dealing with landing fees and bookings.

Most of all, you'll be passionate about delivering exceptionally high quality customer service to our Pilot community, based operators, guests and visitors.



Basic pay 12.21 per hour plus Holiday allowance = 13.68 - includes weekend shifts
