Job Description
We're looking for a flexible and reliable
Flexi Cleaning Operative
to join our team. This is a key position that supports the business by covering shifts across a variety of sites and time slots, often at short notice. You'll step in where needed to maintain the high standards our clients expect.Key Responsibilities:
Carry out cleaning tasks to the highest standard across domestic and commercial sites Follow cleaning checklists and schedules specific to each site Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed Use cleaning equipment and materials responsibly and safely Report any site issues or supply needs to the Supervisor Represent Clean & Sheen professionally at all times Be available to travel to different sites as required
Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential (training provided) Flexibility to work various shifts across different locations Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Good communication and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle is desirable
