Job Description

Owing to strategic growth in our multi award winning Fleet Sales team we are looking for an experienced Fleet Office Manager to support our development as we take on new and exciting brands.

The successful candidate must have strong fleet/business experience and be committed to maintaining the highest levels of customer care. Managing a team of dedicated administrators, you will be instrumental in helping to achieve our annual volume and financial aspirations. Salary is competitive and dependent of experience.

Our dealerships are recognised by their respective car manufacturers as offering the highest standards of customer service and care.

As authorised Volvo, SEAT, CUPRA, Honda & Used Car dealers we have specialist Sales Executives, Aftersales Advisors and Technicians to assist our customers with any query that they may have.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing team workloads

Working closely with the Fleet Operations Manager to embed our new manufacturer partners whilst at the same time monitoring profitability and costs.

Regular reviews with our logistic partners to ensure best practice is maintained at all times.

Debt control

Handling customer concerns.

Managing team rotas and holiday cover

Scheme co-ordinator for our employee car scheme.

Attributes we are looking for:

Strong work ethic and team mindset.

Knowledge of Pinnacle, DMS and Lease link would be a significant advantage.

Experience of successfully managing a team

Focussed on exceptional customer care.

Highly organised
